As one door closes, another opens, they say. I was always shrugging it off, seeing as nothing but a hollow phrase. Today, however, I changed my mind.For us, the doors of our old premises, a place that felt like home, familiar, secure and well-known, like an acquaintance from ancient times, closed.But as we opened the new door, reluctant at first, and walked through it, closing a chapter never to be opened again, we realised, it is just as beautiful moving on. We are happy for each and every one of our new neighbours, looking forward to meeting us and visiting our place for the very first time. We got to know so many fantastic and inspiring people and every day we love it a little bit more.Rikiki says thank you and wishes you a happy New Year and a good start into 2017!

Every year our Christmas vernissage rings in the festive season in the shop! Each bauble, all reindeers, wreaths, candles and lightstrings have been placed carefully onto their own little space and wait for you.

Rikiki moves to Stuttgart's South city quarter
After many years, we say farewell to Stuttgart's West city quarter. We are moving into a new, more spacious place – finally on the ground floor with a huge storefront: Close to Mozartplatz, right between the Heusteig and Lehen city quarters.
Now we have to unpack a couple of boxes and decorate the store. Therefore, the reopening will have to wait until mid-October.
