Pre-war apartments come with hallways that would pass as rooms anywhere else. High ceilings, wide passages, plenty of space – and usually the same question: what do you actually do with all of it?
An American resident staying in Stuttgart for a limited time wanted to bring character to her generous hallway. After an in-depth conversation about wishes, style and color palette, three moodboards were developed, each with its own name and attitude: Gatsby, Lagerfeld, Hemingway. Three directions that could hardly be more different.
This is also the point of this kind of consulting: a well-developed moodboard gives a client enough direction to move forward independently. Style, color palette, furniture types, proportions – the direction is clear. From there, anyone can research and shop on their own without getting lost in the endless sea of options.
